Director
Jak Lodge is 35, and married with twin girls. He has worked in the Groundworks industry for over 19 years specialising in paving and surfacing. Passionate about bespoke driveways, he takes pride in helping customers designs become a reality, and is a perfectionist when it comes those all important finishing touches. Jak is a motocross/enduro fanatic who has raced in the British Championship and also starred in a film as a stunt rider. His burning ambition is to make Kings Paving one of the most reputable and successful companies in Northamptonshire.

Michael Treacy is a proud father of two beautiful girls. Before co-founding Kings Paving, Michael previously worked for a groundworks company for 12 years gaining extensive experience in both resin and bespoke garden design. His keen eye for detail ensures every job is finished to the highest possible standard, something he’s extremely proud of. Besides spending time with his partner and daughter, in his spare time, Michael also enjoys restoring his classic camper van and travelling.
We have a five year plan to become the leading paving company in Northamptonshire. We will do that by using highly trained, motivated and well compensated employees.
